City on a Hill at Spring Creek

EVERYTHING!! EVERYTHING! EVERYTHING! Location, peacefulness, serene and relaxing. What my husband and I needed. After a long week of work. My husband spent most of his time catching up on his sleep on the comfortable bed and the cool AC , while I soak my achey body in the hot tub outside with the most serene view , nature at its best! In the evening we would sit on the back porch and listen to music, and converse. And see the cute ponies inside their pen. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place to anyone seeking recharging. Jean the owner was super helpful and friendly by sending us a text with address and code to our "LOVE" number 4 cabin which we got exactly the cabin we wanted! He also mentioned in the text, that if any problem emerged or need assistance with the cabin to feel free to call. But the cabin had everything we needed and beyond. This was good to know he cared for his guests. We definitely would book again!!!

We loved everything! So homey and feels peaceful. We could walk around the property when we were there and fed ponies, fished, and explored. The owner is so nice and there was a cat that came and saw us every morning and evening haha. Fishing was splendid! We fished twice a day and the cattle that roam the property came and watched us fish. The cabin itself was cozy and comfortable. We loved the hot tub, too! Definitely will be back any time we’re in the area.

Cabin was just as described and very comfortable. We loved the hot tub on the porch and used it every day. The ponies came by almost every day to see us. The host responded immediately to any questions we had. The only con was the water pressure in the shower. When turned to all hot the pressure was fine but when we tried to use a moderate temp there was very little pressure. Maybe just turn down the temp?

This was an Oasis minutes from the Fredericksburg shopping district and more wineries than I could count. Private cabin was quiet, clean and fully equipped. Private Jacuzzi was awesome. Interaction with property owner was outstanding. We had one issue that was quickly addressed. The customer service only made us love this place more. We have two small dogs that made themselves at home.

relaxing place to stay, We stayed in the LOVE cabin, was nicely decorated, homey, the deer were walking around when we pulled up and just great place to stay. Hot tub was great!! and mattress was comfortable.
